The Specialized Criminal Court issues its verdict in the case of the Honorable Judge Khaled Al-Athuri.


In a significant triumph for justice, our esteemed legal team, in collaboration with the respected Mr. Saqr Al-Samawi, Mr. Dahan Abdul-Mughni, and Mr. Akram Al-Jilani, successfully secured a landmark judgment from the Specialized Criminal Court in the case concerning Judge Khaled Al-Athuri. The court’s decision was articulated as follows:

1. The legal registration and description were altered from an attempted murder charge to the formation of an armed gang obstructing roads in Sana’a, the capital city.
2. Conviction was confirmed for Khaled Saleh Al-Ajrab, who remains at large, alongside Sami Sultan Abdullah Al-Zarqa and Muhammad Hussein Saleh Al-Amri, both in custody, and Mohsen Al-Gharasi, sentenced to ten years of imprisonment from the date of their arrest, with an additional sentence of being barred from holding public office.
3. The court also mandated the four defendants to compensate with a total sum of 36 million Yemeni riyals, 15 thousand US dollars, and20 thousand Jordanian dinars. This amount is to be paid to the victim, inclusive of all litigation expenses.
